Yesterday, I had to drive from LA to Temecula for a client dinner. @hark_labs saw that traffic was really bad and told me I should leave 90 mins earlier than planned. I made it on time. Today at 11am, @hark_labs noticed that my flight at 6pm was delayed and suggested I take an earlier flight. My trip went materially better because of this little guy. Simple magic. This is what proactive personal agents are for.
